รับอีเมล์ได้แต่ส่งอีเมล์ไม่ได้ Server Error 503

ถาม: ใช้โปรแกรม Outlook ในการรับส่งอีเมล์ สามารถรับอีเมล์ขาเข้าได้ แต่ส่งออกไปแล้วมีอีเมล์ตีกลับมาพร้อมข้อความดังนี้ 

ไม่สามารถส่งข้อความถึงผู้รับดังต่อไปนี้:

      'md@seh.co.th' เมื่อ 14/2/2560 9:18

            ข้อผิดพลาดที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์: '503 This mail server requires
authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please
check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that
the domain or address is defined for this server.'

ตอบ: ปัญหาเกิดจากท่านตั้งค่าผู้ใช้งานอีเมล์ใน Outllok ไม่ถูกต้อง กล่าวคือ ในส่วนของ SMTP หรือ อีเมล์ขาออก ท่านไม่ได้
กรอกข้อมูล Username : you@yourdomain.com และ Password และ/หรือ อาจกรอกรหัสผ่านไม่ถูกต้องครับ แก้ไขโดย
เข้าไปในหน้า บัญชีผู้ใช้งานอีเมล์ ใน Outlook แล้วคลิกเลือก SMTP กรอก Usernam/Password ลงไป แล้วทำการบันทึก
